Clara's Workshop offers free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. Your handcrafted pieces are delivered straight to your door, with tracked delivery via UPS. Processing time: 1–3 business days. Delivery time: 8–12 business days.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
The shopping experience at Clara's Workshop is simple and quick. Follow the steps below:
1. Product Go to the product page and add the desired item to your cart by clicking the black "Add to cart" button. Make sure you've selected the correct options (size, color).
2. Checkout Click "Proceed to checkout." On the information page, enter your correct delivery details. Once everything is filled in correctly, click "Continue to shipping."
3. Review On the Shipping page, review the delivery details you entered. Here it's confirmed that all shipments are completely free. Click "Proceed to payment."
4. Payment Select your preferred payment method. All payments are encrypted via SSL — you can always count on a secure payment environment.
5. Confirmation Click "Complete order" and you'll be redirected to your chosen payment method. Follow the instructions to finalize. If you encounter any issues, please contact us.

ORDER SHIPPING
Have you found the perfect handcrafted piece on our website? We want you to enjoy it as soon as possible! That's why we make sure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as we can.
To offer fair prices on our products, we've chosen to gather orders in batches and ship them together once we reach the minimum quantity needed. We appreciate your understanding and your support in helping us build a more sustainable workshop.
Note: Like many other small online shops, we're often very busy and delays can occasionally occur. We ask you to take this into account when placing your order. We'll always do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with your UPS tracking number. You can monitor your delivery status at www.ups.com using the tracking number provided.
If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@claras-workshop.com.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship throughout the United States and Canada. For shipments to other countries, please contact us in advance at support@claras-workshop.com to check availability and delivery times.
Please note that any customs duties, sales tax, or other local fees are the customer's responsibility for shipments outside of the United States and Canada.
INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please carefully verify your delivery address before confirming your order. In the case of an incorrect address provided by the customer, Clara's Workshop will not be responsible for failed deliveries or delays.
If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@claras-workshop.com. We'll do everything we can to correct the address if your order has not yet been shipped.
UNDELIVERED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your package has not been delivered within 20 business days of shipment, please contact us at support@claras-workshop.com with your order number. We'll open an investigation with UPS and either refund you or ship a replacement item, whichever you prefer.
